We have 24 well appointed rooms, including three well-designed A/C Rooms. All these rooms have attached bathrooms with round the clock hot and cold-water, Air-condition services. All rooms have direct telephones services and satellite television. The Newly Furnished rooms of Hotel Swastika includes king size bed with modern amenities in Deluxe Room, Super Deluxe Room and Family Suites.
Check In : 12 Noon Early arrival is subject to availability and prior request. If you require guaranteed early check in, reservations must be made for previous night. Per Government mandate, all guest (s) need to present photo proof of identity at the time of check in. Guest (s) are requested to carry with them the required document (s) during their travel.
Check Out : 12 Noon All late checkouts are subject to room availability and management discretion. Bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by a major credit card or travel agent confirmation. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy All reservation must be guaranteed with credit card, all reservation maybe cancelled without penalty until 15 days prior arrival date. Within last 15 days the credit card will debit the 50% of total booking amount . Payment is requested at check-in, after check-in no refund for early departure is due.
IMPORTANT: This reservation confirmation cannot be used for visa or Consular purposes. During peak season, cancellation fee applies within 30 days prior to arrival date. In this case the full amount due for stay will be charged. Children stay free up to 7 years, foldaway bed is provided. From 7 years up children are charged same rates as adults.
Cancellations must be processed via same system used to make the booking. Email, phone calls and fax are not accepted for cancellations.
Hotel has the right to shift any customer without any explanation. All Disputes jurisdiction to Jaipur, Rajasthan, India .
Refund Policy In case of refund, bank transactions will be deducted above cancellation charges. In case credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit card.
